Our Services

  1. PTT (Push to talk) – PTT utilizes national cell phone networks for communication that is Netone, Econet and Telecel. Similar to two-way radios, broadcasts can be made to everyone on the network, but with Push to Talk, users can now communicate one-on-one, one too many or in Broadcast Groups. Push-to-Talk allows instant voice communication to all mobile users on the network.  Instacom’s Push-to-Talk is a simple, yet effective application which can be incorporated into almost any modern day mobile smartphone. It therefore reduces the need for additional mobile radios should users already have a compatible handset. Instacom’s devices can also be utilised as regular mobile phones. There is no need to carry both a mobile phone and radio devices.
  2. Push to Patrol – Guard Monitoring – Guarding a client site isn’t just about making sure your guard visits certain checkpoints at certain times, and finding out as soon as possible if he failed to do so – although our core functionality does just that, and in real-time too.It’s also about ensuring the guard has the right tool for the job, one that guides him in what he is doing, lets him (and his supervisor) know if something is a miss, enables easy recording of incidents, tasks and actions he carries out on his rounds, and also protects him when he is at his most vulnerable. 

  3. Vehicle and People Access Control – Access is a locally developed Access Control Systems for both Vehicle and Pedestrian traffic that replace the ‘old’ and defunct visitors sign-in book. Access utilizes an Android app to capture visitor data and a web backend to access this information.
